Hi Sofia,

Thought not required by law due to our small sized establishment, we are planning to work with a nutritionalist in to develop these. Wanted to have this for the beginning of 2013, but had to focus on some immediate growth challenges instead. It’s still on the table, but look for a pantry shelf in the dining room this spring to increase our transparency on the ingredients we use to make our delicious food.
