Is your menu vegetarian?
In a word, yes. We are happy that no animals were harmed in the making of our menu & strive whenever possible to include vegan items or substitutes when it comes to dairy products. Everything on the menu is vegan with the exception of the real organic cheese, which can be omitted.

Where are you located?

Who is helping you with your advertising/marketing? For instance your web design and your articles?
Since I have a background in graphic design & writing, most of what you see here is the product of my mind. But no one really does it on their own, do they? My very talented friend Andrea developed the dandelion icon you see in the logo & numerous friends have contributed their artistic advice as well as help me troubleshoot some web related questions.
All in all, though, I have used some very cool resources to help build this website.

Have you thought much of "raw" vegan menu items? That would cover all the bases- no one left out.
Yes, we have thought of raw vegan items and are enthusiastic about offering these selections when we can. The menu is still under development, but we are tossing around the idea of having a dinner special one night a week that is totally raw. If you are a raw foodist and would support this concept, please let us know.
