A Tea Plantation
Dandelion is proud to offer an exquisite selection of teas (from the plant camellia sinensis) and herbal tisanes (botanical blends of herbs, roots and barks) that are all loose-leaf and 100% organic. Enjoy by the cup, or purchase by the ounce at the cafe. Like wine, every tea is different, exhibiting the character of the varietal that was used, the environment is was grown in and the processing method used.

A Special Note about Organic Tea
Tea has many health benefits and each cup you enjoy, either hot or iced, helps insure those benefits. It only makes perfect sense to provide our customers with the purest tea available – with no chemical residues of any kind to compromise the purity of the beverage. You see, unlike a tomato or an apple, tea cannot be washed after harvesting. Whatever has been sprayed on the leaves or worked into the soil, brews directly into the cup. Because organic tea cost only a few cents more per serving, the logic became very clear to us. All of our teas are grown without chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, and then processed according to the standards set forth by the National Organic Program.
We are the only teahouse in Central Florida to commit to a 100% organic line because we don’t believe in compromising when it comes to your health.

White Tea
Smooth & mellow, white tea is the least processed of all teas and boasts over ten times the antioxidants of green tea, fighting free radicals both internally and externally.

Oolong Tea
A diverse range of flavor, oolongs are partially oxidized and increase metabolism, aid digestion & weight loss and also ease skin conditions.
Oriental Beauty Also known as “Bai Hao Oolong” this is one of the most precious tea’s to come from Taiwan. The beautiful silver-tipped tea leaves yield a rich and strong honeyed note liquor.
Qi Lan* A Chinese large leaf oolong from the beautiful mountains of Wuyi, Fujian Province. This spectacular tea reveals sweet honeysuckle character followed by warm chocolate notes.
Black Tea
